Moira joined Evergreen-Partners in 2011 with over 14 years prior experience as a senior executive in the corporate trade industry, structuring more than 150 unique transactions involving many nationally and internationally recognized brands such as Staples, Energizer Holdings, Henkel Consumer Products, Nordstrom, Bausch & Lomb and Ingersoll-Rand.  Her work for these clients involved the purchase of surplus inventory, real estate, receivables, sponsorships, and gift cards, with a variety of trade and cross purchase structures.

Earlier in her career, Moira spent eight years with Toyota Tsusho America in its Metals Division. Her primary focus was selling and trading product to manufacturers, distributors and trade partners throughout the US.  She developed an understanding for the value of long term relationships that became the foundation for success in her corporate trading career.

Moira holds a Bachelor of Arts from Northwestern University and a Masters of Business Administration from New York University. She resides in Stamford, Connecticut with her husband and two daughters.
